1. Q: Can I send luggage to the hotel in advance?
A: Yes. We will hold the luggage until your arrival.
Please provide ID to claim luggage being held for you at check-in.
If you wish your luggage to be taken to your room in advance of your arrival, please communicate that fact to the hotel in advance around the time that you expect your luggage to arrive.
There is no designated shipping company. Simply note the date(s) of your stay and your name in the "remarks" section of the shipping label.

2. Q: Can I leave luggage with the hotel on the day of my overnight stay?
A: When you arrive at the hotel, please leave your luggage at the bellhop captain's desk on the first floor until your check-in time.
3. Q: Can I arrange to ship luggage from the hotel to my home?
A:Yes, luggage can be shipped.
Please request service at the bellhop captain's desk on the first floor.
4. Q: Can I leave my luggage with the hotel after I check out?
A:Guests leaving the airport after checking out may leave their luggage at the bellhop captain's desk on the first floor until they return.
We are happy to hold luggage such as clothing you will not need during your trip for you until your return.
5. Q: Where is the hotel located?
A: The hotel is located across from the Kansai International Airport terminal building.
The JR/Nankai Kansai-airport Station ticket gate is located between the hotel and the terminal building, which are connected by three concourses.
You can bring luggage carts through the concourses to the hotel, which is located about 200 meters from the airport.
6. Q: I would like to arrange a present on a birthday or an anniversary. Is there anything available at your hotel?
A: It is possible to arrange cakes, wines and other gifts. Please reserve the gift at least 5 days in advance. For the arrangement and inquiries, please contact us by Guest Inquires form on our website or our room reservation department at 072-455-1117.
7.Q: Can beds be moved so that they are closer to each other?
A: Unfortunately, beds cannot be moved since there is a nightstand between them.
However, we can provide bedrails upon request.
8. Q: Is it possible to borrow other amenities from the hotel?
A: We are happy to provide the following amenities: DVD player, fax machine, humidifier, air purifier, iron, ironing table, pants press, voltage transformer, hair dryer, and bedrails (to keep children from falling out of bed).
Please reserve the amenity or amenities you desire in advance as quantities are limited.
9. Q: Is there a charge for children sleeping with a parent?
A: Children under age 12 stay free when bed-sharing with parents (one child per bed).
Please refer to the bed sizes (widths) equipped for each room type:
Single room: 140cm
Twin room: 120cm
Double room: 180cm
Bed rails are available upon request; we recommend to reserve them in advance since the number is limited.
If having a breakfast buffet at All-Day Dining The Brasserie, it costs JPY 500 for age 4 to 6 and JPY 1400 for age 7 to 12.
14. Q: Do guest rooms include pajamas for children?
A: We are happy to provide pajamas for children.
Sizes are available for 100-centimeter and 120-centimeter heights.
Please let us know if you require them.
15. Q: Are there amenities for children?
A: We are happy to provide amenities for children. Please let us know what you require when you make your reservation.

16. Q: Are there any other child-related amenities that can be borrowed from the hotel?
A: We are happy to loan you the following amenities for use during your stay: breastfeeding cushion, bath chair (for babies), bath mat, stepladder, potty seat, diaper disposal can, mattress pad (waterproof sheet), children's chair, child-size hangers, play mat, furniture corner cushions, and outlet covers.

17. Q: What if I need to check in late?
A: The reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day.
However, we do ask that you let the reception desk know if you plan to arrive later than 10:00 pm.
18. Q: Can I use the Internet in my room?
A: Complimentary wired and WiFi Internet access is available in all of the hotel's guest rooms.
*You can find the WiFi user ID and password as well as a LAN cable in your room.
*We recommend using the latest version of your browser of choice.
19. Q: What time are check-in and check-out?
A: Guests may check in starting at 2:00 pm. Check-out is by 12:00 pm.
